Project Overview
Smart Water Sensors (SWS) brings real-time leak detection to homes and properties before small drips become five-figure disasters. As a new entrant in a growing smart-home category, SWS needed a brand identity and go-to-market presence that could stand on its own — distinct from the restoration industry it's adjacent to, and credible enough to support a direct sales motion targeting property managers and HOAs.
We worked with SWS to build that foundation: a visual identity, positioning, and content system built to support an active outbound sales team, not just a marketing site.

Challenge
Entering the smart-home monitoring space means competing for trust against both established security brands and generic gadget products. SWS needed messaging that positioned it as a serious property-protection tool, not just another IoT sensor — while giving a growing sales team consistent material to work discovery calls and demos.
Solution
We positioned Smart Water Sensors as part of a prevention-first strategy for California property managers, HOAs, and commercial real estate operators. Our messaging focused on a simple benefit: detecting leaks early helps avoid costly water damage, making the sensors a practical part of emergency preparedness rather than just another gadget.
